We are more than happy to send you a new product if the one you purchased got damaged. But we do not accept return if you simply changed your mind.
The new product will be with you within 15 days and we do not ask you to send back the damaged one.
If you bought an original artwork and it got damaged we’ll pay for the return expenses. We would fix it and send it back to you or proceed with a refund, it’s your choice.
We are a small independent business so bear with us, we’ll be more than happy to find a suitable solution for every possible problem.
